I have a triumph that has issues. The heads have been off for a year, the pistons are a bit rusty....can i remove the rust if there is not pitting? It all started with a blown head gasket, the previous owner used some sort of blue silicone for all the
Yep, no problem....just soak the cylinders in ATF, after a few days...roll the motor over until all pistons are half way down. Then fill the void with ATF. This will not only help eat the rust, it will swell the oil rings up to help them seal so you
